Listed below are our store's shipping and return policies. If you have any
questions, please utilize the 'Contact Us' page to make your inquiry.
Our system uses actual product weight and packaging to determine shipping costs
based on UPS. To view shipping charges and options, please select the 'Shipping
Rates/Checkout' button on the cart page.
SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping costs are estimates only. We will contact you before shipping your order to confirm shipping costs at which time you may cancel your order.
For orders shipped by Canada Post or Greyhound we will contact you with an estimate before processing your order.
All orders are shipped prepaid and charged to your total invoice. Insurance is added to all orders. Insurance costs are approximately $3.00 per $100.00 of value after the first $100.00. For example a $500.00 item will cost approx. $12.00 to insure.
Shipping and Insurance costs are non-refundable.

RETURN POLICY
You may return your purchase for a full refund upto 7 days after receiving your goods.
All returns must be returned or shipped to us at:

We must recieve or have proof of shipment within 7 days to receive a full refund.
We will issue an in-store credit for upto 30 days after you receive your goods. Store credits may be used to purchase items or services at R & R Music Centre Ltd. Store credits are not redeemable for cash.
All returns must be in original condtion and packaging. We may at our discretion charge a fee for items not returned in original condition. For example missing or torn packaging, manuals, parts etc.
